I wanted to see for myself what the Bilderberg Group were about and how they operated. But more than anything I wanted to find out who was attending and how much it was costing to host such an extravagant event in the mountains of Sitges, Spain. How could this many important people who receive daily attention throughout their lives and careers meet up in complete secrecy and get away with it for so long? What were they hiding?
How to avoid police - unsuccessfully
As I arrived, the police presence was already well established. With riot vans and police officers of the Mossos D’Esquadra at the cordon to the mile long road up to the entrance of the hotel, I knew exactly what I was getting myself into.
